Metal Profiling
LASER
We are running 2 types of Laser machines. One of the lasers is for steel and aluminium allowing the corners and the inside radius of our letters and panels to be accurate to the thousandth of a millimetre, the other laser allows us to cut acrylic letters and shapes with a flame polished edge already on the acrylic before it comes off the machine.
CNC Router
Our CNC Routing machine allows us to cut all the acrylic, foam, MDF, aluminium composite and polycarbonate materials for our lettering styles. The router also allows us to bevel the edges and engrave lettering into panels to create a different kind of finish.
Water Jet Cutting
The water jet cutting machine allows us to create signage from materials such as Steel Mesh & 10mm+ thick aluminium and steel which cannot be cut on a conventional laser and CNC machine.
