Built up 3D letters is a great way to add impact to any shop fascia. Our letters can be made from various materials detailed below. They all come ready to install with all the fixings required and an installation template for the installation crew.  Our letter makers have been fabricating letters in the sign trade for many years and have a vast experience manufacturing every kind of letter. Different kinds of letters include Rim and Return, Face & Halo illuminated, Bevelled & Channel letters.

STEEL

We fabricate letters from Mirror Chrome Polished, Mirror Gold Polished, Mirror Black Polished, Brushed Satin Polished, Descaled, Hot Rolled and Mild Steel available in a marine grade if required.  We have even poured acid onto finished mild steel letters to give and iron monger / medieval type effect. Steel lettering in the past has not been able to be powder coated as the solder heats up and fails in the oven, with the technology we have our in house painting system allows us to powder coat the lettering and bake it in an oven controlled specifically to keep the solder intact allowing a much quicker turnaround time on painted letters instead of the alternative wet spraying system that takes a day to dry off.

ALUMINIUM

We fabricate letters from 1050 grade aluminium, once fabricated the letters can be powder coated to a standard RAL or BS colour scheme, If your require a specialist colour we can wet spray the letters to match even a Pantone colour.

ACRYLIC

Our acrylic letters are manufactured from a huge variety of different branded acrylics such as Perspex and Repsol. They can be fully illuminated for stunning effect for indoor and outdoor use. The glues we use are completely translucent allowing the light from the illumination system to be evenly distributed through the letters creating no shadows.
